Alpha Omega Chardonnay Napa Valley 2014 375ml
Alpha Omega's Chardonnay is naturally fermented, unfined and unfiltered.The integration of six different clones of Chardonnay brings unique characteristics to this multifaceted wine. Precision and balance is achieved by an 18 month aging process in French oak with constant stirring. The result is an elegant and finesse driven Chardonnay that embodies Meursault with a California accent.
Shiny, rich yellow gold color with hints of beige and diamond. The wine reveals marzipan and persimmon aromas on the nose, with chocolate, coconut, quince and apricot evolving on nutmeg and cumin. Dense entrance on the palate evolving on fresh grapefruit, citrus and yellow cherries lingering on pineapple, mango and canned peaches.

Very pretty cooked apple and pear aromas with hints of meringue follow through to a full body, hints of vanilla cream and pie. Finishes lightly oily and delicious. Bigger style. Drink or hold.
