Deep ruby red color with ripe plum and red berry fruit, almost jammy, with spicy and earthy aromas. Full-bodied style with very soft texture but good structure.

A stunning nose of cassis, forest berries and a whiff of mint pulls you into the concentrated and focused medium-bodied palate. So much herbal and spicy complexity at the long and delicate finish. A blend of fruit from the White Springs and Sixteen Falls vineyards. The first vintage of this wine was matured for a year in 2,000-liter casks of neutral oak. Drink or hold.
