Dark cherry colour. It pursues the balance between warm notes of macerated fruits and remembrance of the soil. On the palate it is full, concentrated, rich, overpassed but not excessive. A wine that is easily appreciated by both professional tasters and amateurs alike.

Bright magenta color. An explosively perfumed, mineral-tinged bouquet displays fresh raspberry, cherry, licorice pastille and smoked meat scents. An exotic nuance makes an appearance with air. Stains the palate with sappy, appealingly sweet red/blue fruit, spicecake and candied rose flavors that show impressive clarity and back-end cut. Silky, slow-building tannins add subtle grip to the finish, which hangs on with superb, floral- and game-driven tenacity. I really like the blend of Old and New World qualities here.

For wine, we recommend storing bottles on their side in a dark, vibration-free environment with good humidity, ideally between 55-60°F. Spirits like whiskey should be stored upright in a cool, dark place (60-70°F) away from direct sunlight to preserve their quality.
