The wine Carmina Butis is a red wine produced in the Languedoc-Roussillon region in France, by Château Haut Lignières.
Medium-bodied, with a nose of ripe, nearly jammy red fruit and some perfumed floral notes. Earthy, sweet ripe cherry/plum, tannic on the palate. Short to moderate length with a dry finish with some tannin.
