GlenAllachie is a single malt Scotch whisky distillery located in Aberlour in the heart of Speyside, operating under the ownership of master distiller Billy Walker since 2017. The distillery uses traditional copper pot stills and places particular emphasis on wood management, maturing spirit across a wide range of cask types. The GlenAllachie 12 Year Old and 15 Year Old represent the core aged expressions, while the 10 Year Old Cask Strength releases in Batch 5, Batch 6, and Batch 7 showcase uncut, unfiltered output from that same Speyside new make. The Meikle Toir range - The Original, The Turbo, and The Sherry One - departs from house character entirely, delivering heavily peated spirit at five years old, with The Sherry One adding oloroso cask influence to the phenolic base.
