Confiscated will be the lowest ABV bottling from the brand to date, clocking in at 94.6 proof. They state drinkers will enjoy “notes of oak, caramel, mesquite banana bread and dark chocolate.”
They note that the nose has hints of aged oak mingled with light caramel and leather. Delicate and understated, it’s interesting, and signals toward the whiskey being aged longer. The palate is “complex with soft woodiness, the sweetness of a banana pudding vanilla wafer” and we can expect “a pleasant spicy citrus finish.”
