Boyd & Blair is made from locally grown potatoes. Why potatoes? First, they naturally yield a slightly sweeter vodka. Second, we wanted to create a classic vodka. A vodka made the right way, the original way - from potatoes. Sure they cost more than grains. But if you want to make a great vodka, you spare no expense.
