Meinklang

View Full Description [+ Read More]

Meinklang is a biodynamic winery based in Pamhagen, Austria, on the eastern shore of Lake Neusiedl in Burgenland, farming over 500 hectares of certified organic land shared with livestock. The estate grows indigenous and international varieties including Zweigelt, Pinot Gris, and Grüner Veltliner, vinifying with minimal intervention and native yeasts. Skin-contact fermentation defines the Mulatschak orange wine, while the Frizzante Rose Prosa and Foam Vulkan deliver gentle effervescence through traditional refermentation methods. The Graupert Pinot Gris and Gruner Veltliner represent the estate's still white range, anchored by early-harvested fruit and low-sulfur winemaking. The Burgenland Red and Zweigelt 2017 sit at the deeper end of the portfolio, while the Foam White and sparkling expressions offer lighter, earlier-drinking expressions of Meinklang's natural wine approach.
