Jefferson's is a Louisville, Kentucky-based bourbon producer founded by Trey Zoeller, sourcing and blending whiskeys from undisclosed distilleries across Kentucky. The brand is best known for its Ocean Aged at Sea program, in which barrels of bourbon - including the standard Ocean, a Wheated variant, and a Double Barrel Rye in Voyage 26 - are loaded onto ships where constant motion and temperature swings accelerate maturation.
