Glenfiddich is a single malt Scotch whisky distillery founded in 1887 in Dufftown, Speyside, Scotland, operating its own cooperage and using water drawn from the Robbie Dhu spring. The distillery produces single malt Scotch using copper pot stills and a house style built around the Solera vatting method, most notably applied to the Glenfiddich 15 Year Old. Aged expressions include the 18 Year Old, finished in oloroso sherry and bourbon casks, and the Gran Reserva 21 Years Aged, completed in Caribbean rum casks. Experimental releases like the IPA Cask, the 14 Year Old Bourbon Barrel Reserve, Snow Phoenix, and the Winter Storm Icewine Cask Finish 21 Year Old demonstrate the distillery's cask program range.
