The distillery produces Single Blended Rum by combining pot still and column still distillates, aging exclusively in American oak ex-bourbon and European oak ex-wine casks without added sugar or artificial flavors. The Exceptional Cask Selection series includes Indelible, Equipoise Mark XXV, and the vintage-dated 2009 and 2008 and 2007 cask strength releases, each bottled at natural proof after extended maturation. The 10-year Detente Mark XIV represents the more accessible end of the range, while Empery at 14 years and Sagacity at 12 years anchor the core aged expressions.
