Dalmore

Dalmore is a Highland single malt Scotch whisky distillery operating on the northern shore of the Cromarty Firth in Alness, Scotland, where it has produced whisky since 1839. The distillery uses American white oak ex-bourbon casks as the foundation for maturation, then finishes expressions in sherry casks sourced from Gonzalez Byass. The Dalmore 12 Year Old Single Malt and Dalmore 12 Sherry Cask Select represent the entry point into the range, while the Dalmore 15 Year and Dalmore 18 Sherry Cask build additional sherry influence with extended maturation. The Dalmore Cigar Malt Reserve blends whiskies from multiple cask types without an age statement. At the apex sit the Dalmore 28 Year Old Stillman's Dram and Dalmore 30 Year Old Stillman's Dram, both drawn from long-aged Highland malt stocks.
