Charbay Distillery is a family-owned operation based in the Napa Valley hills of California, founded by the Karakasevic family, master distillers who have practiced the craft across thirteen generations. Charbay distills across a broad range of categories, including vodka, whiskey, rum, and liqueur, using pot still distillation and California-sourced ingredients. Their hop-flavored whiskeys, Release II and Release III, are distilled directly from craft beer wort, a method that defines their most distinctive category.
