View Full Description [+ Read More]
Benrinnes is a single malt Scotch whisky distillery located on the slopes of Ben Rinnes mountain in Speyside, producing spirit through a historically distinctive partial triple distillation method using worm tub condensers. Independent bottlers have long championed the distillery's output, with releases spanning multiple decades including the Hunter Laing Old & Rare 1979 40 Year Old, the Benrinnes Old Malt Cask 1979 Aged 21 Years, and the Bottlers 1980 Cask No. 3405. Vintage cask releases from Signatory, SMWS, and Nectar of the Daily Drams document vintages from 1985 through 2000. The official Benrinnes 21 Year Old Special Release 2024 stands apart from those independent single casks as the distillery's own aged statement expression.
