lassical Marlborough with aromas of grapefruit, lemongrass and crushed herbs underscored with complexing hints of tropical fruits and gooseberry. Pure and concentrated with flavours of grapefruit, white peach, lemongrass and boxwood and citrus with oyster shell and saline notes promoting a focussed textural element.  Medium bodied, the palate is layered and dense yet retains elegance with a lingering precise finish.

Sue White and her late husband, Greg, came to Marlborough over 20 years ago just as the earliest wineries began forging Marlborough's stellar winemaking reputation. Our winery is still family-owned and is led by Sue, who ensures the dedication of sourcing the fruit for this wine exclusively from Marlborough and certifying the wine with Appellation Marlborough Wine (AMW).

Yes, in most cases, the photograph on the product page is of the specific bottle for sale. If we have multiple quantities of the same item, the photo represents the general condition of all bottles under that SKU. Any significant condition issues, such as low ullage or bin-stained labels, will be clearly noted in the product description. We are happy to provide additional high-resolution images upon request-please contact us.

We use premium, industry-standard materials to protect every shipment. Depending on the bottle and destination, we use a combination of insulated foam box inserts, custom-fit air column bags, and heavy-weight cardboard shippers to prevent damage. For added peace of mind, we offer shipping protection against loss or damage at checkout through OrderProtection.com.

For wine, we recommend storing bottles on their side in a dark, vibration-free environment with good humidity, ideally between 55-60°F. Spirits like whiskey should be stored upright in a cool, dark place (60-70°F) away from direct sunlight to preserve their quality.
