Aubert is a small-production winery based in Sonoma County, California, focused almost exclusively on single-vineyard Chardonnay and Pinot Noir sourced from some of the region's most distinctive growing sites. The winery works with fruit from Carneros, Russian River Valley, Napa Valley, and the Sonoma Coast, with each bottling tied to a named vineyard - including Larry Hyde and Sons, Eastside, Sugar Shack Estate, Powder House, and CIX. The 2022 vintage represents the current core of the Chardonnay program, while the UV Vineyard Pinot Noir from the Sonoma Coast shows the winery's range beyond white wine. The 2018 Albert Bichot Chablis is carried alongside the Aubert wines as a complementary expression of Burgundian Chardonnay.
