Clairin Sajous is a Haitian rum produced at the Chelo distillery and selected and bottled by independent bottler Velier. Distilled in 2018 from sugarcane juice using a Pot Still, this rum boasts an ABV of 55.9%. With a vegetal, sugarcane, floral, lime, and citrus aroma, it delivers a delightful taste of floral, sugarcane, fruity, pear, and vegetal flavors. According to RumX users, it is well appreciated for its intensity, fruity and floral balance, and hints of mango and lime.
