Sourced from multiple vineyard sites we work with for our Pinot Noir program, the juice is gathered from the picking bins as the fruit comes into the winery. Gently pressed by its own weight during this short trip from the vineyard to the winery the juice sees very minimal skin contact. We then ferment in stainless steel using native yeast. Once dry we transfer to neutral French oak for a few months, then back to stainless prior to bottling.

The finished wine is mouth watering good with bright acidity and freshness. Notes of watermelon, rose petal, wet stone and salty minerality.

All shipments require an adult signature on delivery. Please make sure an adult 21 or older will be available to sign for your package. We recommend shipping to a business address when possible.
