Dancing Goat Limousin Rye Whiskey 750ml
A smooth & flavorful rye whiskey, both wonderfully neat & complex. Barrel aged in american & french oak and "taste proofed" and blended for superior flavor.
We age our whiskey in once-used bourbon barrels to protect the spicy flavor of the rye grain. Used cooperage imparts less tannin to the spirit, allowing more flavor to come through with less bitterness. The finishing touch is Limousin Oak. One of the world’s most expensive cooperage. We blend 20-30 barrels to finish in our 16-barrel custom solera system of French Limousin Oak for 3-6 months. Our whiskey is refilled into individual casks and slow-proofed for about 2 months.

All shipments require an adult signature on delivery. Please make sure an adult 21 or older will be available to sign for your package. We recommend shipping to a business address when possible.
