The Chardonnay Felsenstein from the pen of Birgit Braunstein from Burgenland shows a bright golden yellow color in the swirled glass. The first nose of Chardonnay Felsenstein flatters with notes of pineapple, mangoes and raisins. The fruity aspects of the bouquet are joined by mineral notes.
On the palate, Birgit Braunstein's Chardonnay Felsenstein opens wonderfully dry, grippy and aromatic. Balanced and complex, this silky white wine presents itself on the palate. Due to the moderate fruit acidity, the Chardonnay Felsenstein flatters with a velvety feel on the palate, without lacking juicy liveliness. In the finish, this youthful wine from the wine-growing region of Burgenland finally thrills with beautiful length. Once again, hints of mango and raisins appear.
