Le Petit Silex Sancerre 2019 - Pale straw in color, this wine offers intense aromas of white flowers and citrus fruits mixed with a touch of minerality. On the palate, the wine is crisp and full of freshness, as is typical of the region. Pairs well with seafood or cheese.

Domaine De La Janasse Viognier 2017 - Notes of peach, apricot and white flowers emerge from this medium-bodied, round, textured and balanced Viognier. Serve as an aperitif or on a salad of scallops and mesclun.

Henry Fessy Julienas 2016 - The Juliénas is a well-structured wine, rich in colour and with a good cellaring potential. Very nuanced with oysters and saltwater. Dark fruit. Full to medium body, bright fruit and acidity. Wild. Drink now.

Château de Montmirail Gigondas Cuvée de Beauchamp 2018 - Rich and dark in color, this wine shows remarkable finesse for the vintage. This crowd pleaser has a nose of ripe blackberries and earth tones followed by a wine with good length, balance and a rich mouthfeel.
