Villa Trasqua Chianti Classico 2017
Sangiovese 80%, Merlot 10%, and Cabernet Sauvignon 10%. Lively ruby red color with purple reflections. The nose begins with floral hints of violet and fruity ripe cherry and raspberry, followed by notes of sweet spices, such as vanilla and licorice. In the mouth, it is fresh with a pleasant tannin which makes it vibrant and dynamic. The flavor on the palate is fruity with aromas of cherry and blood orange. In closing, it is tasty and pleasant.
