From That Boutique-Y Whisky Company Norwest Euro Express, this is the 3rd batch bottled from the Slyrs distillery in Bavaria and includes maturation in some alligator charred casks.
Bronze (12/20), medium-fine tears and tapered legs. Fruity, some dried fruit nature, jammy berries, dusty red apple, strawberry, marshmallow, stone fruits, vanilla Danish. Medium-bodied, woodier and more spiced than the nose, pears, red apples and cherries, tannic oak wood, quite fibrous and woody, dry cinnamon and some woody herbs and spices. Long, drying, tannic oak, spiced rye bread.
