Winemaker Notes
Aromatics suggest tobacco, bold black fruit and notes of graphite. On the palate, red, blue and black fruits are balanced by hints of currant, vanilla and mocha. The young tannins will evolve over time and help expand the long finish.

"A barrel sample and only the second vintage from this new producer, the 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon is composed of 83% Cabernet Sauvignon with dollops of Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Petit Verdot and Malbec. Sporting a medium to deep garnet-purple color, it is scented of crème de cassis, prunes and spice cake with hints of dusty soil and cedar. Medium to full-bodied, it has a firm, chewy frame and a long, spicy finish.
