From its origins in Bordeaux, Cabernet Sauvignon has successfully spread to almost every winegrowing country in the world. The variety is now the key grape in many prestigious New World wine regions, most notably, Napa Valley, Coonawarra and Maipo Valley.

This wine is rich and concentrated, with aromas of boysenberry, cassis and cedar. The wine is creamy in the midpalate with vanilla cream and cardamon spice. Black licorce, bittersweet chocolate and dried herbs bring everything together for a smooth finish. Pair with beef stew.
