Monteru Merlot Eau De Vie Brandy No.1
A very interesting spirit, with softs notes known to be found in Brandys but also rich notes that are known to be found in a bottle of Merlot. On the nose, rich dark fruit pairs with soft notes of caramel and wild mushrooms. To the taste, rich dark fruit and a bit of char from the oak combine and finishes with a soft note of caramel. With a bit of tannic structure combining with soft notes of something sweet like caramel this Merlot Brandy has a very well balanced and unique finish.
