To summarize our full Shipping & Delivery policy-
We ship packages Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
- Express orders (overnight or 2 day air only) are usually shipped the same-day if placed by Noon Pacific time.. Please call us to confirm your item & delivery address are eligible for same-day priority overnight shipping
- Ground/non express orders are usually packaged and shipped 1-3 business days after the order is placed, Monday through Thursday, excluding holidays.
- For large corporate/studio/VIP gift orders to multiple addresses, you've come to the right place. Flask has been filling large studio & corporate orders for over 50 years. We offer an easy Excel order template- click here to download it.
We can ship to most states but there are some exceptions:
We cannot ship alcoholic beverages to some states, including, but not limited to, Utah, Mississippi, South Dakota, and West Virginia under any circumstances. Laws are changing quickly so this may change without notice.
Alabama only allows wine shipments into the state, and they must be delivered to an ABC store and taxes paid on delivery. Please see our full Terms & Conditions for more details.
It is against the law to ship alcohol to PO boxes. We cannot ship to APO/FPO addresses as they are unable receive alcohol shipments.
High-value orders placed for shipping to an address different from the billing address are held pending verification, which a quick & easy process. A verification email will be sent to you from from verify @ flaskfinewines.com. Read more about fraud verification here
Flask has been shipping bottles for decades, and we package very well and very carefully. We only use packing materials & methods that we've tested extensively. We very strongly recommend shipping valuable or vintage bottles via 2 day or overnight services with insurance whenever possible.
Buyers must warrant that they are at least 21 years of age, and that the wines will be received by someone that is at least 21 years of age. Carriers will make 3 delivery attempts. If they are unsuccessful, the package will be returned to Flask and will be billed the return shipping charge. In the event your package is returned because of nobody 21+ available to sign, or package is refused, we are unable to refund the shipping and return/reshipping fees that we have to pay the carriers.
Insurance is offered for all shipments at checkout & arranged by and billed to Flask. Insurance must be added before the shipment leaves Flask and cannot be added after shipping. This insurance will solely cover breakage or loss from time of purchase to time of delivery. Insurance does not cover seepage or leakage.

We are able to ship to Taiwan, Singapore, Hong Kong, and most of Europe. Payment for shipping orders outside of the USA and UK is only accepted via bank transfer. Purchaser is responsible for all customs clearance(s), duties, VAT, and/or fees. Please make sure you are able to clear customs in your respective country before purchasing. Credit cards will billing addresses outside of the USA or UK cannot be used to place orders for local pickup, local delivery, or USA domestic shipping. If your billing information is edited to spoof a USA based address to circumvent/mislead the credit card payment system, your order will be cancelled.
