A lightly aromatic and tannic skin contact white wine with soft yeastiness. A blend of Welschriesling, Pinot Gris, and Traminer all given 5 to 7 days of maceration on the skins. Certified biodynamic farming, spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel, no filtering or fining, and very low sulfite additions. Naturally hazy, notes of apricots and goldenberries.
