Sourced from Paso Robles and Santa Barbara County this Central Coast Cabernet Sauvignon offers the best of both appellations. Fresh acidity, floral nuance and vibrant fruit from the Santa Barbara Vineyards; textured concentration, deep color and decadent flavors from the Paso Robles Sites. This is a great stand-alone wine for is approachability, plus expresses excellent spice and complexity to pair with a meal.
Inky bright-rimmed ruby. Cherry, cassis, licorice and floral pastille scents are complemented by hints of mocha and succulent herbs. Supple and appealingly sweet, offering pliant dark berry and cherry preserve flavors that become more lively as the wine opens up. Silky tannins shape the persistent finish, which lingers with very good, juicy tenacity.
