Cognac (Baccarat Decanter): This is a vintage mid-century bottling of Courvoisier’s V.O.C. (Very Old Cognac) Fine Champagne expression, presented in a handcrafted Baccarat crystal decanter. Blended from aged eaux-de-vie from the Grande and Petite Champagne districts, this discontinued release is a highly sought-after collector's piece representing Courvoisier's traditional blending style from the 1960s to the 1980s. We estimate this was bottled in the late 1970s.

Profile & Tasting Notes

Style: Fine Champagne Cognac.

Nose: Heavy rancio profile dominated by dried fig, orange peel, old leather, and cedar wood.

Palate: Dry and structured.
