Pierre Gimonnet Blanc de Blancs Cuis 1er Brut NV - Fresh apples and cream aromas with a tight citrus and mineral edge. The fruit is fresh but with the attractive ripeness of white currants. Very full in the mouth, very much a wine suggesting an ability to go with food.
Weingut Max Ferd Richter Estate Riesling Mosel 2017 - This is a juicy, off-dry wine showcasing a bounty of ripe white-grapefruit and pineapple flavors. It’s easy-drinking and quaffable, with a refreshing tonic finish.
La Tunella Sauvignon Blanc Friuli 2017 - A distinctive style of Sauvignon Blanc with characteristic Friulian weight and finesse.
The Zorzettig family have run this winery in Friuli's Eastern hills (Colli Orientali) since the 1960s. In 1991, they replaced many vines with classic, international varieties and introduced a brand new winery. The results were spectacular! Their Sauvignon is floral and fresh with ripe melon notes and a long, delicate minerality.
Clos Pegase Mitsuko's Vineyard Carneros Pinot Noir 2015 - A muscular Pinot Noir, with it robust tannins and dark brooding fruit on the palate. As the aromas evolve in the glass, revealing whiffs of red cherry, rhubarb and slight licorice. The tannins drive the finish as the flavors develop into earthy forest floor, alongside blackcurrant and briar.
Chateau La Nerthe Chateauneuf-du-Pape Rouge 2016 - The dark, deep, inky color of the wine shows immediately the concentration of the vintage. Nose of blackcurrants, black tea and dried flowers definitely stands out. The mouth is rich, fruity and velvety with an incredibly layered tannin structure. The wine is balanced, pure, really intense and long with incredible ageing potential.
Blend: 50% Grenache Noir, 30% Syrah, 15% Mouvedre, 5% Cinsault
Fattoria Aldobrandesca Aleatico Sovana Superiore 2011 500ml - Rich yet nimble, this ’11 Aleatico shows its ripe vintage in its succulent fruit, intense aromatics, and perfect balance between sweet fruit and mouth-watering acidity. Crushed rose petals, tropical fruits and red berries unfold to reveal notes of tea, raspberry jam, and flowers; elegant and never cloying, this wine almost skips across the palate, propelled by its sprightly acidity. This mono-varietal Aleatico dessert wine derives from vineyards of tufaceous rock; after picking, the grapes were divided into two parts. One part was vinified immediately, while the other was left to dry partially before soft pressing and vinification; the parts were blended before aging and being bottled.

A wine list from Flask published in the early 1970s
Driving down Ventura Blvd in Studio City in the 1960’s has something in common with today, Flask Fine Wine & Whisky- Flask first opened its doors to the public in 1962. Decades later and it still remains a respected fixture in the Los Angeles community.
We work directly with the wineries, distilleries and breweries to maintain a personal relationship with the creators of some of our favorite products.
We want to know their stories and how they produce bottles that fit into our unique collection. We make a point to keep our selection stocked with a wide variety, offering your classic Napa icons to your natural & organic wines.
We like to think of our whiskey and spirit section as more of a library where the rarest of bottles can be found.
We look forward to helping you find your next favorite bottle!
