I absolutely loved their 2015 Châteauneuf du Pape La Crau de Ma Mère Blanc, made from 40% Grenache, 30% Clairette, 20% Roussanne and the rest Bourboulenc. Coming from the clay and more limestone soils (which are great for white varieties) of the Montpertuis lieu-dit, this beauty has fabulous purity and freshness, with crisp pineapple, citrus blossom, flowers and flowers and hints of honeysuckle aromas and flavors. It builds on the palate, has good acidity, and has a clean finish. Drink it anytime over the coming 2-3 years.
