A rare, old bottling of vintage Dubonnet Rouge from the 1950s. This popular French aperitif is made with wine and flavored with quinine as well as herbs and spices. Dubonnet is a superb wine-based aperitif. It is similar to many vermouths but is actually classified as an aperitif. It is flavored with a complex mix of fruits, roots and spices. Try it in place of red vermouth in Manhattan.
